Our two blending plants are fully automated<\/strong> and managed by supervision programs<\/strong> that allow us to have total management and control over all<\/strong> the operations carried out.
\n<\/span>In the blending department we blend lubricants, glycols, plyglycols, VMimprover, AUS32\/AdBlue.
\n<\/span>The plant consists of a total of 33 blenders<\/strong>\u00a0with pump around system, mixer,<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0diathermic oil heating<\/strong>, automatic temperature<\/strong> and level controls<\/strong> and its own PLC (programmable logic controller)<\/strong>, which regulates each operation and manages the safety of the system<\/strong>.
\n<\/span>All the connection lines between the raw material tanks and the blenders are completely segregated or pressed, in order to eliminate any type of contamination.<\/span><\/p>\n

Furthermore, it is possible to make concentrated mixtures up to 30 t and then complete the mixing process inside the 100 m3 finished product tanks, which are also equipped with an agitation system and heating coils.
\n<\/span>Each mixer is connected directly to the storage tanks, to the bulk product loading points and to the various filling lines.
\n<\/span>
\nOnce the raw materials are mixed together and it is established that the resulting product is finished, it is transferred via steel pipes or to the ATB load or to the packaging lines.
\n
\nThe lines for the transfer of bulk raw materials<\/strong> from the tanks to the mixers have a “pig” system<\/strong> that allows automatic emptying<\/strong> of the same at the end of each transfer, thus eliminating the possibility of contamination.
\n<\/span>At the end of the processing all the lines are empty.<\/p>\n

Thanks to these production capacities<\/strong> and high flexibility<\/strong>, the entire mixing process is best suited to every customer need.<\/span><\/p>\n
