The report presents this approach in a structured way, showing how ESG principles have progressively been integrated into strategy, operational processes, and corporate culture.<\/p>\n<h3>A report that goes beyond accountability<\/h3>\n<p>The 2024 Sustainability Report is prepared in accordance with <strong>GRI Standards<\/strong> and the <strong>European Sustainability Reporting Standards<\/strong> (<strong>ESRS<\/strong>), in line with the <strong>Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive<\/strong> (<strong>CSRD<\/strong>). This methodological framework strengthens the report\u2019s transparency and provides a clear view of impacts, risks, opportunities, and improvement objectives.<\/p>\n<p>At the heart of the document is the <strong>goal of creating shared value,<\/strong> recognizing the active role of employees, clients, suppliers, local communities, and institutions.
