The Legality Rating<\/a> is a tool through which the Italian Competition Authority<\/strong> (AGCM<\/strong>) recognizes companies that demonstrate a commitment to principles of legality, fairness, and transparency in business management. For us, this recognition reflects key aspects of doing business, from the quality of governance to the clarity of responsibilities, all the way to the continuity of organizational controls.<\/p>\n

The recent improved update of the rating obtained by Iglom confirms the direction we are following. The new result, equal to \u2605\u2605+, represents an important achievement for our company, consistent with the work carried out in recent years in terms of corporate responsibility, process quality, and the robustness of our control system.<\/p>\n

What is the Legality Rating<\/h3>\n

The Legality Rating measures and rewards transparent, ethical, and virtuous business management. It is a summary indicator, expressed in stars, that highlights the presence of requirements and conditions capable of strengthening a company\u2019s reliability profile toward the market, institutions, and stakeholders. The AGCM defines it as a tool aimed at promoting the adoption of ethical principles in corporate behavior.<\/p>\n

For an industrial company, this recognition is directly linked to how processes, controls, roles, and information flows are managed. The quality of the organization is reflected every day in the ability to operate with consistency, order, and responsibility, generating trust throughout the entire supply chain.<\/p>\n

A topic closely related to how we work<\/h3>\n

The quality of governance takes shape in daily decisions, procedures, traceability, and the ability to structurally oversee activities and responsibilities.
