Despite its large size and international scope, Iglom has protected its original family setting over the years, preserving the principles and values on which it was founded.
Currently, in fact, in addition to the founder Emilio Ricci, a graduate in chemistry, who holds the largest share of the company and who is chairman of the Board of Directors, the other members of the family are part of the company’s top management: his son Fulvio Ricci, CEO, graduated in economics company and his wife Rossella Spediacci, law graduate, partner and member of the Board of Directors.
A close-knit management characterized by various complementary skills, which has as a common purpose the well-being of the company and of those who, every day, contribute their work towards making it a leader in the market for the production of lubricants for third parties.

Currently the internal staff consists of one hundred and ten people and is made up of professionals who have gained a high level of know-how in the field of lubricating oils.
