Filling and Packaging
Our 18 fully automated filling lines offer a wide choice of formats: from small plastic to metal packaging, from buckets to drums and tanks. The high mixing capacity must be followed by an equally high packaging capacity in order to always best meet the needs of customers.
The filling and packaging department is composed of lines organized as follows:
- 1 line for 1 liter plastic packaging (with a productivity of 12000 pieces / hour)
- 1 line for 1 liter metal packaging (with a productivity of 35000 pieces / hour)
- 1 line for plastic or metal packaging from 0.5 to 1 Liter (with a productivity of 2000 pieces / hour)
- 1 line for plastic or metal packaging from 0.5 to 5 Liter (with a productivity of 2000 pieces / hour)
- 1 line for plastic packaging from 0.1 to 0.25 Liters (with a productivity of 500 pieces / hour
- 1 line for 5 liter plastic packaging (with a productivity of 5000 pieces / hour)
- 1 line for plastic packaging from 0.5 to 5 Liter (with a productivity of 5000 pieces / hour)
- 1 line for 5 liter metal packaging (with a productivity of 6000 pieces / hour)
- 6 lines for 210 liter metal packaging (with a productivity of 150 pieces / hour each)
- 3 lines for packaging from 20 to 1000 Liters (with a productivity from 10 to 60 pieces / hour)
Small packages
Each small packaging filling line consists of:
- Automatic or manual bottle depalletizer (in the case of bottles with atypical shapes)
- Linear or rotary filler
- Automatic linear or rotary capper (with the possibility of applying heat-sealed seals)
- Automatic labeling machine
- Weight control equipped with automatic ejector
- Automatic or manual case packer (in the case of bottles with atypical shapes)
- Automatic palletizer
- Automatic wrapping machine
- Automatic strapping machine
All of these operations are followed and supervised by qualified personnel who always keep the quality of the product being processed under control.
Large packages
Each drum filling line consists of:
- Automatic warehouse of empty drums
- Drum weight control (tare)
- Automatic filler on load cell (net weight control)
- Automatic capping
- Automatic sealing
- Automatic labeling machine
- Automatic palletizer
- Automatic wrapping machine
- Automatic strapping machine
All of these operations are followed and supervised by qualified personnel who always keep the quality of the product being processed under control.
