Following the first report, this second edition is not only an opportunity for accountability but, above all, a moment of reflection on the results achieved, the dialogue with stakeholders, and the future challenges facing the company.
For Iglom, sustainability is an evolving process that requires listening, consistency, and concrete actions. The report presents this approach in a structured way, showing how ESG principles have progressively been integrated into strategy, operational processes, and corporate culture.
A report that goes beyond accountability
The 2024 Sustainability Report is prepared in accordance with GRI Standards and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), in line with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). This methodological framework strengthens the report’s transparency and provides a clear view of impacts, risks, opportunities, and improvement objectives.
At the heart of the document is the goal of creating shared value, recognizing the active role of employees, clients, suppliers, local communities, and institutions. Engagement with stakeholders has been crucial in defining strategic priorities and guiding future decisions.
Looking ahead
The 2024 Sustainability Report aligns with a long-term vision and the UN 2030 Agenda goals, charting a clear direction for the coming years: continuous improvement, integration of ESG principles into business strategy, and strengthened dialogue with all stakeholders.
